Do you host websites you did not build?
Yes. Transferring an existing site to us is routine, and the 30 minutes of free monthly updates start as soon as it lands. We copy the site, stand it up on our test server, check it works, then move the domain over. Most transfers involve no visible downtime. If the site is running an outdated version of PHP or an unpatched WordPress install we will tell you what needs doing before the move rather than after.
What do the free monthly site updates cover?
Every hosting account includes up to 30 minutes of site maintenance each month at no charge. That covers text changes, updating hours or prices, swapping photos and adding or replacing files. Creating or editing graphics is not included. Most updates are completed within 24 business hours. Unused time does not roll over.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Every site we build includes a content management system. You edit any page on the test copy of your site, look at it, then click Publish to copy the change to the live site. Nothing you do can break the live site without you publishing it first.
Why does every site have a test copy?
Because changing a live website with no way to check the result first is how sites break. Every hosted account runs a complete second copy of the site on a test server. Changes are applied and tested there and then published. It is included with every account, not an upgrade.
Do you offer PCI compliant hosting?
Yes. Our PCI compliant servers include an SSL certificate, quarterly PCI scans and the ASV scan report, with 24/7/365 support from people who work on compliance regularly. The data centers are SSAE-16, HIPAA and Safe Harbor certified. This is the right option if you take card payments or store cardholder data.
Do you offer HIPAA compliant hosting?
Yes, for applications that handle patient information. It runs on the same certified data center infrastructure as our PCI compliant hosting.
Do you provide business email?
Yes. Business email hosting on your own domain includes spam and virus filtering and works with Outlook, Apple Mail and phones. It is a better position than email on an address from your internet provider, which you lose if you ever change providers.
What does a website cost?
It depends on what the site has to do, so we quote per project rather than publish a single price. A brochure site and a custom CRM are different orders of work. Tell us what you need and we will give you a figure. Hosting and maintenance are quoted separately and are predictable month to month.
Do you build custom CRM systems?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. A custom CRM is worth building when your process does not fit what Salesforce, HubSpot or Go High Level assume, or when per-seat licensing has become the largest line on your software bill. Can an AI agent answer my phone or my website chat?
Yes. We run AI voice agents with their own dedicated phone number that answer questions, book appointments, take messages and transfer callers, and AI chatbots on the website that answer questions and capture contact details. You can talk to ours on this site to see how it behaves before deciding.
Do you register domain names?
Yes, and we manage DNS for domains registered elsewhere too. Our domains section also covers transfers, redirects, email forwarding and how to recognize the domain renewal scams that arrive by post.
Will you meet in person?
Yes. We are in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, and we regularly travel to Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, Wilmington and Myrtle Beach among others. Ask and we will arrange it.
