We build websites for cinema grills, movie theaters and entertainment venues. This is the hardest category we work in for one reason: almost everything on the page expires. Showtimes, features, events and menus change weekly or daily, and a stale listing sends someone to a different venue.
Designed to be edited constantly
The pages that change are built for you to change. Showtimes, events, private hire information and menus are all editable through the content management system by whoever is on shift, from any browser, with no technical knowledge needed. That is a deliberate design decision, because a venue site that depends on a developer to update it is always out of date by the weekend.
Read on a phone, usually in a hurry
Most of your visitors are deciding where to go in the next hour, standing outside somewhere else. Sites are built mobile first and to load fast, with showtimes, location and menu reachable immediately rather than behind a slideshow. We can add ticketing or gift card sales with live credit card processing when you want to sell directly.
Private hire, parties and groups
Group bookings and private hire are usually the most profitable thing a venue does and the least well explained on its website. We give it a proper section covering capacity, what is included and how to enquire, with a form that captures date, group size and requirements so you can quote without three rounds of email. It is a small amount of work for a part of the business that tends to be under-sold.
We have been building and hosting websites since 1999, and we maintain what we build, which matters more than usual for a venue where the site changes every week. Contact us using the support button at the top of any page and we will talk through what your venue needs to keep current.
