Are you using an email client, such as Outlook, or our server's webMail?
If you are using an email client to send and receive your mail, please first test to see if the issue is our servers or your email client by logging in to our server at:
If you are unable to login or cannot send and receive mail from our server, contact us immediately.
If you are able to login to the server, send and receive email, then the issue is with your email client and/or personal computer.
Please check to make sure these settings are correct:
Incoming and Outgoing severs: mail.yourdomainname.com*
Email Address (Account): Enter your full email address such as email@example.com*
Check the box that says 'My Server Requires Authentication when Sending' (or similar language).

If you are still unable to get your email client to work, you may have a virus or network problems that will require that you have your computer repaired. In the mean time, you may use our mail servers to send and receive your email.
* Please note that this examples assumes your domain name ends with '.com', please use your appropriate extension.
