Clearing your Cache and Cookies
Sometimes your Internet browser may cause recent updates not to show up. To fix this problem, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Please follow the instructions below.
Internet Explorer
- Click "Tools," then "Delete Browsing History."
- In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click on "Delete Files" and select "Yes."
- In the "Cookies" section, click on "Delete Cookies" and select "Yes."
- Click "Close."
- "Quit" the browser.
Safari
- Open Safari/Preference/Advanced and check the "Show Develop Menu."
- Open Develop and select "Empty Caches."
Firefox for PCs
- Click "Tools" and select "Clear Private Data."
- Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click on "Clear Private Data Now."
- Exit and relaunch browser.
Firefox for Macs
- Click "Tools" and select "Clear Private Data."
- Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click on "Clear Private Data Now."
- Exit and relaunch browser.
Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu [Chrome menu] on the browser toolbar.
- Select Tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear browsing data.
