Data Deletion Request

Venue Communications, Inc. ("we", "us", "Venue") respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used any of our products, including Venue Media Manager, Venue Marketing Platform, or any other Venue service that connects to your Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party accounts, you may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to submit that request, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Venue account
- The Venue product you used (for example, Venue Media Manager)
- Any Facebook or Instagram account IDs or page names you connected, if you know them

What will be deleted
Upon receiving a verified request, we will permanently delete:
- Your Venue account profile, including username, display name, business name, and contact details
- Any Facebook or Instagram access tokens we stored on your behalf
- Uploaded media, drafts, scheduled posts, and campaign content you created in Venue
- Analytics and performance data tied to your Venue account
- Support conversations and ticket history, unless we are required to retain them for legal or accounting purposes
Please note that content you have already published to Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party platforms through Venue remains under the control of that platform. To remove it there, you will need to delete it directly from your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta Ads Manager. We do not have the ability to delete content from Meta's systems after it has been published.
How long it takes
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity. You will receive a written confirmation at the email address on your account once deletion is complete.
Requesting deletion through Facebook
If you connected Venue Media Manager to Facebook or Instagram and want to remove Venue's access to your account, you can also do that directly in your Facebook settings:
- Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Select Apps and Websites in the left sidebar
- Find Venue Media Manager in the list of active apps
- Click Remove to revoke its access
Removing the app in Facebook will revoke Venue's permissions to your Facebook and Instagram accounts immediately. To also have Venue delete the data already stored on our servers, follow the email or postal request steps above.
